Swan Sculpt is your midweek group class slow burn: 45 minutes of sculpting strength through slow, deliberate movement. Expect deep muscle activation, lengthening holds, and just the right amount of heat — all paired with breathwork to keep you calm, focused, and strong.
Think strength from stillness, power without the pace.

Terms & Conditions – Swan Pilates Group Class Block Bookings
* Block bookings for Swan Pilates Group Classes are **non-refundable** and **non-transferable** once purchased and one class attended.
* All sessions must be used within the block period for which they are purchased.
* Classes take place **onsite at Swan Pilates Studio** and are subject to availability.
* **Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.** Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.
* **Missed classes may be rescheduled once within the block period**, subject to availability. Additional missed sessions cannot be refunded or carried over.
* **If Swan Pilates needs to cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.**
