Refund Policy

• Group exercise sessions are non-refundable, including if you miss or cancel a session yourself.

• Refunds will only be issued if the instructor cancels the class and you do not wish to attend one of the offered alternatives.
   

Cancellation Policy

• Instructor Cancellations: If the instructor cancels a class (whether group or private), Swan Pilates will offer at least two alternative options for a catch-up session or alternative class times.

• Participant Cancellations: If you cancel your attendance at a session, refunds or reschedules are not guaranteed and will be offered solely at the discretion of the instructor
